GIFT CARD HOLDERS

The first one was made using Soft Suede CS and holiday background paper.  I cut the top with the Scalloped Tag Topper punch and also with the 1" circle punch for removal of the gift card.  2-way glue was used on the top inside edge.  I let that dry so it could open and close several times if necessary.  I colored rhinestones with a red marker and applied to the tree image on the front panel for a little bling.

I used Real Red, Whisper White CS, silver and red Glimmer Paper for this holder.  I used the Tree Punch on the silver and red Glimmer Paper and the Scallop Punch on the Whisper White CS and the 1" circle punch on the inside edge.  I cut a 1" wide background paper for the belly band and attached the scalloped punch and trees to the belly band to hold the holder closed.

I got the idea from my upline and made a totally different design.

The Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (item 139673) has been so popular that Stampin Up is going to do something that they don't normally do: they've decided to bring it back in the 2016 annual catalog! On Stage 2015

I had a great time at the Midwest Regional Stampin Up Conference at the Wisconsin Center in downtown Milwaukee this past weekend. There were 24 demonstrators from my group attending from across the state and Wisconsin had the most attendees for all the regional conferences.  The live conference was held in Belgium but simultaneous regional conferences were held in the US and around the world.

We got time to play with several new stamp sets from the 2016 Spring Occasions Catalog and I put my order in already for one of the bundles and will be placing another order in December.

Tonight I was called by one of the presenters at our conference for directions on how to make the card that I took to swap.  That was a great compliment and I'm still beaming!
